COVID-19 Guest Guidelines. Please read the following carefully before your appointment.
We hope you understand that we as many other businesses are trying to work through the tough time we’ve been faced with, and continue to face as we navigate a safe, effective and the successful re-open of our salon for now and the longer term.
We have put together our re-open action plan. We hope you understand the temporary measures we are taking and we, alongside you all, hope to return to a level of normality in the coming months.
We will be increasing our open hours throughout July and August splitting our team in to two shifts. This is to ensure we have less people in the salon at any one time. We will be open 7 days a week, Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm, Sunday 9am – 6pm.
All priority bookings received by email will be contacted by telephone. We will try and contact everybody between 29th June and 1st July but cannot guarantee this. We will call you on the number we have stored in our system and if you do not answer after three tries your appointment will be offered to the next person on the list. You will then need to contact us by telephone. Our telephone line will be open from Thursday 2nd July onwards. Please don’t be offended if we keep our chat to an absolute minimum, we want to get through to as many of you as possible!
Service by pre-booked appointment only. We ask you to pre-pay for your appointment with a credit or debit card to ensure a speedy exit and avoid no shows. If you need products we can have these ready for you, please advise on booking. Last minute purchases can be paid for at the salon using a contactless method (under £45) however we would like to keep this to an absolute minimum.
We have limited the services we offer to reduce the amount of time you need to spend in the salon. We have also taken in to account the extra colour and/or time needed on your first appointment and our temporary prices will reflect this. Please note that we will not be able to offer major colour changes on your first booking. You can forward book these at your appointment.
If you have coloured you hair at home we will need to know the products you have used. We may feel that you need a consultation prior to booking so that we can book the correct time for your service. Please advise on booking and a virtual consultation will be arranged if needed. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and no refund issued.
You will be given a time slot, i.e 10 – 10.30am. Please be ready and available between these times as there will be a no waiting policy in the salon. You will receive a text when you can enter the salon, please make sure you attend within 5 minutes of receiving your text to keep things running smoothly and safely. You will asked for an up to date mobile number on booking. Please note that our 48 hour booking reminders will not be sent at this time.
Will be provided at the entrance to the salon, please use prior to entry. Hand sanitisers will also be available at each styling station in use.
For the protection of our staff and clients we will be providing PPE – These include 3ply disposable masks which will be given to wear prior to entry. We will also be using disposable gowns and disposable towels. Upon exiting the salon, please dispose of your PPE in the bin provided.
We kindly ask that all guests do their best to observe social distancing measures whilst in the salon.
Regrettably we cannot serve refreshments at this time, but please feel to bring your own refreshments and reading material.
All of our high touch areas will be cleaned regularly throughout the day. A deep clean will be undertaken daily.
Please come to your service alone. We are usually an open arms community but unfortunately at this time we cannot accommodate extra guests, including children.
